PolaNight tooth whitening
At Advance Dental Care in Barry, Cardiff, we use a take home whitening system called PolaNight. This is easy to use, gentle and very effective.
The tooth whitening procedure
We provide you with custom-made "trays", a little like thin mouthguards, which fit over your teeth. Each night, you simply put some whitening gel into the trays, and place them over your teeth. We will show you exactly what to do when we give you the trays and gel.
The process usually takes about two weeks, and can make a big difference to your smile.
